concerning the ß: it is not pronouced like in "house" but instead like in "Sun" or "Sailor Steve" (sorry Sailor Steve, but I guess you can live with beeing a glaring pronounciation example
).
The "äu" is spelled like "oy" in royal, so in English I would write it "Hoysser" (double s to make sure the s is not spelled like in house).
