LOL, have you been playing Stock SH3 + mods? If so, just install GWX and you will see instantly.
Honestly, there's too many changes to list here. Needless to say you will like it.
I would point you to the GWX manual but it's offline at the moment. (well until I get u/l again)
EDIT - I lied, there is a copy available (v1.02) click on my sig and have a read of the online manual. You've got time to spare while the parts d/l, you'll need it.
