Have to be fit for my job. We get tested twice a year on fitness.
the tests are
Run 1 and a half miles in under 10mins 30 secs
Do more than 50 press ups in under 2 mins
Do more than 55 situps in under 2 mins
Tabb/ yomp 8 miles with a bergan weighing 18kg. in under 2hours.
This is the basic level of fitness that everyone is expected to pass with out fail.
We also do PT 3 times a week at work and are expected to do any extra in are own time that is need to meet the basic levels of fitness stated above.
