I don't know anyone who's decompiled it. The thing is, it takes into account a lot of stuff that naval analysts still find difficult to wrap their brains around like countermeasures and decoys, evasion, etc. These things are notoriously difficult to deal with in a rigorous way so even a lot of models used by the navy for decision making don't take them into account or make sweeping assumptions about them.

I've often wondered what was behind RSR in terms of tactics and database-type information. Do you know anyone who has managed to decompile the game? Or was an SDK released at some point?
