Sure. Your custom emblem needs to be in TGA file format and the image needs to be a perfect square (128x128, 500x500, and so on). Place the file in your installation folder titled
\SilentHunterIII\data\Emblems\Sub Emblems. You should then be able to choose it from the in-game list
