You should have enough fuel, if you don't run your engines too fast. Remember that you can have your Navigator estimate how far you can go at your current speed. Plot a course around England, check the distance, and ask for the "Max. Range at Current Speed"-report.

You can go through the Channels, but it's a death run, especially with a super-mod. Don't attempt it after 1939 or early 1940, as it'll be full of mine-fields and warships.
