Silent Hunter III (of course) and The Sims 2 (with all the add ons). I like the fact that chicks dig The Sims 2.
On console I play Guitar Hero somewhat.

Thief - Deadly shadows
Richard Burns Rally
Grand Theft Auto - Vice City
Grand Theft Auto - San Andreas
Rome Total War
I haven't really tried any of the newer games like FEAR or Gun, since I have to upgrade my computer before I can do that.
