It's a system/admin rights problem. I remember having the very same issue when I was installing SH5 on a PC where I was logged in as a
user and not as
an administrator. Steam converter from some reason can't read your SH5 install path from registry base. Try to log in as an administrator, don't forget to use full administration rights during the game/mod installation...
If it doesn't work, then read install instructions and reinstall the game following procedure for Ubisoft connect/digital download version owners ...In theory, it should work...
