Well, I can't read your mind-but I'll try.
Are you playing the stock game or one of the mods? Looking at my tealeaves, I see... I see... its the RA mod and you didn't read the release notes. That final (fifth) waypoint is very important and it MUST be placed on the target location.
If I'm wrong, please provide a little more information.
