It isn't a "patch". It's a complete installer for TWoS v2.2.16 which requires a clean SH5 installation...)
But how if your sh5.exe is automatically replaced by the test installer?!
Do you have in your main game folder files called "sh5.exe.patch" and "sh5.exe.steam"?
