As far as I remember, and as far as I can see (with or without eye glasses), there are no mines anywhere near you in Stock
The only way you'd have mines is if you have mod soup and part of RSRDC and / or FoTRSU came along for the ride, and even still, I don't think either has mines where you are there... It wasn't The Flying Dutchman, was it?
