This is what I was saying.
At that time Cd-wow or play.com for that matter were importing asian cd's and games directly into the european union and were selling them at retail without paying taxes and obviously were undercutting legitimate retial sellers in europe who couldn't have such low prices.
This is illegal and they stopped doing it. Not only cd-wow but also play.com.
What is not illegal is to buy a game in hong kong (or another part of the wolrd) and have it delivered to your home (after paying custom duties vat etc...).
I hope you can see the clear distinction between the two cases.
