2 swordfish attacked me, and the Flak was ineffective !
Not to say the result...
I had the correct flak icons enabled for fire frei and attack all aircrafts.
Also from some time now, when i can see the Flak man, he is standing crouched with the gun aiming vertically  even with no contacts.

Yes, I'm aware of that. This will happen in general if
Battle stations level 2 is enabled. Other alternative is to lose your AA defense every time small wave splashes your deck.
Not very useful if you're under attack, you'll have to agree. To "holster" your deck/AA guns, enable/disable "BattleStations Level 2" crew state from your watch officer command menu...
