Eset/NOD and their support are true rubbish. I reported false positive detection days ago but unlike other vendors who have replied within a day and updated their databases almost immediately (Avast, Avira, AVG, Symantec/Northon, Kaspersky, Sophos, Bitdefender, Microsoft and many others), Eset
mob did not even bother to reply to my mails...
