I'm not sure either...Right mouse click can be sometimes glitchy indeed (stock game problem) but I would hardly describe the issue as a "rage quit" worthy...
To be honest, who ever thinks the opposite will hardly enjoy any SH title (modded or unmodded) because all games from the series have some characteristic glitches, bugs, limitations ect...
I have also mentioned right mouse click glitch in TWoS tips so feel free to check it out...
