These people are FAMILY. They talk together, they eat together, they share holidays together and so on. Son number 1 may suggest an issue he has with his directoring duties, and president Trump makes a mental note of it, and so new legislation may get started. You cannot prevent this by filling the date into a form and poutting an official stamp on it and then think this prevents it. It doesn't.

And I hope that you are not naive enough to believe that what you are suggesting has never happened before. There is a very big difference between an actual official appointment to a position and hearing and accepting advice from friends and family members. Yes/no?
