Possibly, they are "reference points" for the ACT and DLL files in which modeling of behavior of the boat on water is programmed (the surface position, emersion - immersion, draft, switching of engines from the diesel to electric motors and back, periscope depth, etc.)
In the Turms-files is allowed more free hierarchy of the nodes, because, Turms are children files from the hull . The main node of the Turm file is attached to a point of the node "Z01" of the hull, and not vice versa.
