While on "deck awash" your crew will report visual contacts but you wont be able to use "nearest visual contact" button...
Speed will be reduced for same RPM settings...

Just don't answer me please "It was like that in SH3" because that doesn't mean that is necessarily correct...
I agree that player visual range does not match AI visual range in certain weather conditions but that is minor issue if contact is already reported. This issue (if issue at all) Sober's trying to solve for ages now, unfortunately without major success...
