then a list of lines to change/add. Inside my Data/Cfg there is no time compression cfg nor is there one in my Data folder at all.
Does it actually mean to just add the lines as they are shown ie copy/paste ?

You've probably skipped step 2... Location of the file is
documents/SH5/data/cfg/main.cfg
