I tried to plead our case to no avail. They didn't grasp the reasoning for a test dive while in port. We certainly didn't want to try it in deep water, that's for sure!  |
Maybe, just maybe they wanted us to do the test dive in deep water so they could get rid of us and call it an 'accident'.
