Bdu wants a position report. Click on your radio operator and send position report.
Sending in position reports and contact reports will sometimes have Bdu tell you about a nearby contact sighted by someone else. Also sending in contact reports can have Bdu dispatch subs to your contact if you have the correct patches enabled of my Generic Patcher.
