Well, it's the same, jump from campaign to single mission with problematic unit or to museum, the result is always the same ...CTD. But it's not only that P-47 is problematic, there are other units too , like P-51 mustang (cant remember everything) and so on... Even without RPM Hydro. mod.
I've done a lot of testing and searching for faulty mod but without concrete results. All I can say is that problem is somewhere between OHII-TDW New UI-RPM Hydro and maybe even FX Update.
This is not minor problem IMO because if some unit from museum crash the game after campaign, it will probably happen in the campaign also which is not good at all.
Other scenario: When you enter the game and then museum everythig will work fine , but if you start new campaign after that, guess what...That's right...CTD
