You should refer Sober Megamod list which is a sticky on the SH5 mod forum.

I am not familiar with that plane attack mod, so I do not know if it may conflict or not, but most likely it will.

If your plane attack mod is not there, I would recommend removing it in favor for the IRAI mod which does allow for planes attacking.

Showing us your modlist would also help.
