Despite the fact that a few US subs were attacked and even sunk by friendly forces, I can't think of one instance where a US sub accidently sank or attacked a warship from the US Navy. A few Russian ships and subs did fall to US torpedoes in the Pacific though. That was embarrassing enough. |
