Really? Only half a million coffins?
That's less than 17 per guillotine. Sounds like more government inefficiency to me. We must have the media investigate this mass purchase of too many guillotines!
(Besides, I thought they were going to shoot us with all those bullets they bought. Was there a change of plans? Or are they going to offer us a choice?)
