Oh, you can, no doubt on that, but many people have ruined their tongues with industrial food for too long, maybe. Extracting the caffeine
inevitably comes at the cost of reducing the level of aromes and oils a tiny little bit -
and you taste that. I for sure do, no matter which brand. Oil, like fat, is a taste carrier. And missing aromes: well, are missing aromes. So far no caffeine extraction method is known that avoids these losses.
