Learning is not the problem. (perhaps the use of the map by using the icons or something)

It's called taking point, communication and coordination, there something we can't do and that's reading eachother minds

Problem is when no one takes the point as being the Squad Leader it isn't going to work at all.
The Squad leader needs to communicate, if you're being quiet but still move forward you'll expect that we can read your mind, then your wrong we just follow aimlessly as your not telling us what to do.

Team stumbles upon a contact, the usualy method of us is to shoot it at will....meaning we trigger the response of the other AI to home in on us and we're usually not prepared or in the right location to fight this off. This is why Hold fire should be of effect at all time unless Squad leader tells us to open fire or a contact has spotted us and forms a threat.

I can jibberjabber about this into a skybird's lenght post but that's just all talk no action. I suggest we get a mission which is simple (sweep town or kill this general in middle of camp/town) and practice some communication and coordination.

It doesn't have to be strict, mistakes will happen but that'll be at least an improvement then our usualy headless clowns peformance

*Disclaimer* I'm as guilty in regard of lack of coordination and teamwork as the next.
