I've been away a few days, and just seen this.
'Brake', as Dani said, is available in the Indian Ocean from late 1943-1944.
The other tankers mentioned by Dani (Max Albrecht, Bessel, Thalia, Corrientes) are supplied as part of an optional extra file (an optional campaign_Scr.mis file) which needs to be loaded with JSGME.
This file is part of the 'Harbor Traffic Addin' mod, of which the latest version can be found in the documentation for the NYGM3.6B addon. Copy the 'Harbor Traffic mod' into your 'mods' folder and install it with JSGME. You must make the change while your U-boat is in port; you will get a CTD if you attempt to reload a patrol saved at sea.
The 'Harbor Traffic mod' essentially comprises Rubini's old mod of the same name (used with permission in NYGM) with the latest campaign_Scr.mis file from NYGM.
