It is now almost definate that the Conservative Party of Canada will replace the Liberal Party of Canada and will form a minority government. The NDP (left-wing) have also gained so far, and the separatist Bloq Quebecois have lost four seats. One independent is leading at the time of this post, and the Green Party are currently failing miserably.
All polls are closed in Canada, so it is now alright to report this.
The results are not final and may change though - it is most likely that the Conservatives will win more seats in the western provinces.
CBC's website is down right now, so I can't check for more updates.
