Yep, this is a clean stock and unmodded SH3. Going to do an expansion mod soon in the 2nd copy of of SH3 I made.

I'm doing all this because I couldn't get any deckgun ammo. Tried and tried while in base to fix it but nothing worked. Not even what
Raptor posted on changing the 2 values in /SilentHunterIII/data/Cfg/Basic.cfg/.
