My seven-year-old single-core system only allows me to run so many different things before it crashes, and FM new interiors isn't one of them.

I keep a special folder with all the mods I've added. I keep copies of the 1024.ini, the Dials and the Commands.cfg, set up the way I like them. After I've installed anything new I compare the Commands files for changes. If I don't like the changes I reinstall my 'special' one. If the changes are necessary or I like them I change my 'special' to reflect the new configuration. It's the only way I can be sure everything works the way I want it.

I think what I would do in this case is uninstall Waterstreams and reinstall it after New Interiors. Either that or compare the lines they have in common and rewrite whatever you need to manually.

I don't know the actual answers. Mostly what I do is experiment as I go along and then save it all the way I want it and put it into my 'Special' folder for next time.
