Not sure what reason there may be you wanting to know these time facts.
If you write an extra patrol report you may want to save the game and open the CRP file (notepad!) in the corresponding savegame folder of your career in 'MyDocuments' as a reference.
All reports are listed chronologically - time and date stamped.
