There, all flags are based on one model, instead of two. Have previously civilian and military flags kept separate, but now I know, they differ only in the texture.
The folder "Textures" existed since the first attempt, because I wanted to make sure that all textures are available in the game. Actually it is not required for the function. No texture of these is new, unfortunately so not it not might be the reason.
Btw: Would you give me the permission to use this flag.dat also in my mod?
