Sorry Todd, couldn't resist. I'm using an ATI card, so I can't
be much help. Don't worry, though. Jim should be along fairly
quickly, and of course he has all the answers.
No worries, Steve. I wouldn't have been able to resist either.

playing anything else, its a good 4 times more powerful at

secondly, did you get the drivers for it?
Yep, my driver's up to date. (Thought that doesn't always mean you are getting the best performance for SH3 since it is an older game... sometimes an older driver may work better.)

My last card was an Nvidia 7600GTO... so this new card is still an upgrade for me. We got what we could afford, and I am lucky to have a new card at all. I had Major back surgery and it left us quite broke.

Heck, I'm happy to just be able to sit at the computer again.

But seriously, this post addresses the issue quite nicely:

Good luck!
Thanks mate! Good thread.

Your post actually caused me to look at my video card settings again and I actually found the fix rather quickly. (Blind luck for sure at my end.)

The fix for me was as simple as turning off AA gamma correction... und VOILA! All fixed! Hopefully, my little issue will help someone else down the road.

Thanks for the help guys. I really appreciate it!
