I go to the subsim store page

There is some text that says "Click here! Subsim thanks you" but there is nothing to click.

Underneath there are links to the UK, Can, and Germany Amazon page. But I can't find how to access Amazon in the US.

Does Subsim only get credit on selected stuff from amazon, or can I place all my amazon orders "through" subsim so you get the credit.

If so, I really want to help out as I do order stuff from amazon. I just can't find what to click.
