Strange. First time when i hear that. i have some advice but not sure will work out the problem:
1) read the problems with hydro here:

2) make some changes in contact.cfg:

3) install this mod ,,sobers realistic hydrophone operator SH5''
Your list mod seems it is ok!
If you can not fix the problem maybe someone more avised will hel you!
