I know nothing about this brand but it was the only thing that had an optional audio output for RCA jacks, which is the only stereo hookup I've got at the moment. And it had a pretty good rating. I'm sure I'll like it fine as long as it actually comes on when I plug it in. And OMG it will be such a space saver... I think I will actually be able to put the cable box on top of the TV stand and sit this TV on top of it, which will free up some space in the cabinet as well.
I won't have it 'til Tuesday but having checked all the current ads for the local brick and mortar stores, there was nothing comparable for even close to the same price.
So - the die is cast. I will inaugurate this puppy (after I finish reviewing my kata) with the playing of Das Boot at the first available opportunity.
