IMO we are well down the path of ruin and decline already. For many reasons, some of which have already been cited. I think the country our children and grandchildren will inherit will be a run down, dilapidated and poor, second world nation. Our infrastructure is crumbling, most of our industry has gone overseas to places like china, we're drowning in debt, cost of living keeps increasing, the list goes on. We are well, and truly, farked.
But hey, we can all look up to the corporate executives for keeping the "American dream" alive eh? HA!

like this, on top of all that. Hell, we won't even own our own properties anymore with stuff like that going on. On the bright side.. maybe we wont have an illegal immigration problem anymore when the mexicans realize the land of milk and honey has dried up, and theres nothing left to be had.
