Excellent card. 470/480 are awesome too, I'll take your word for it that they aren't
that hot or hungry, but they're a bit pricey. 460 really hit the mark.
Normally I'd agree 520 should (just) cut it, but I'm running some extra gear; 4 HDs total, add in sound-card...
It's the aging that worries me the most though. Running 2.5 years, often 24hrs a day, a PSU loses quite a bit of power over time.
