Jeah, of course. I really donīt know why the devs still did not implement a realistic crew system. I mean they obviously had an eye for details, so why didnīt they assign the correct functions (and names) to the respectice crew members. Not to talk about a realistically rotating watch system. This was even better depicted in SH 4.
