I guess if it makes it hard for you to be a part of the service you may have to find another good vantage point. Have you attempted to communicate with the lady?
I guess what i'm pointing to is, when communicating with someone, you tend to get a feel for a person, perhaps even indirectly finding out why a person does certain things.
You could be very diplomatic and say to her: Gee you are really enjoying the service, aren't you? Or: Whenever you attend, you seem so enthusiastic and energetic with your participation.
These sorts of neutral yet probing questions can often lead to answers, without directly offending said person.
We don't want to offend, we just want to alleviate this problem, don't we?
