1)
Disable the mod
2) Open
MODS/FM_NewInterior_V1.0/data/Sound/Sh3.sdl with s3d
3) Find the
DD_Engine.DieselEx entry (s3d has a search function)
4) lower the doppler setting from 100 to 0
5) Save the file, enable the mod, and show Tommy who really rules the waves.
