Try to change these lines:
[Hydrophone]
.
.
.
Thermal Layer Signal Attenuation=3.0->2,1.0

[Sonar]
.
.
.
Thermal Layer Signal Attenuation=5.0-> 4,3,2,1.0 etc

Lower numbers mean tougher escorts.
