I agree that the ability to restore to a previous point is too tempting to abuse... I know I've done it many times. I would like to have the OPTION to make it so that it only saves when I exit the game, and when I die I can't re-load at all. I think it would be fun to play this way, but unreasonable to force this style of gameplay on everyone. |
You laugh but I clearly remember a guy here, around 2006, saying that when he dies he puts his game away in the closet for 6 months. We would assume he was kidding but he said it in a serious way, so who knows...
As for me, personally, I have no problem scraping a career if I die, in fact it would be harder for me to continue it.
