All good suggestions IMO.
It's not always clear who's a mod and which 'hat' they're wearing when posting.
As for having moderators in multiple 'theatres', that's clearly a matter for Neal. I imagine he doesn't want too many, and it would obviously be by invitation only.
Alternatively, we could all be mods. Could the last person sent to the brig please turn off the lights in the main forum?
