Yeah that was a rough one last year
Russia will be tough again this WHC, especially if Washington gets put out of
the NHL Playoffs. Ovechkin and Semin will most likely join the team then.
What is interesting is that these championships will be a springboard to next years Olympic Games in Vancouver. I know
Team Canada in many ways is treating this years WHC as sort of a try out for 2010.
