Königsberg Light Cruiser
Does anybody know how to correct the onboard plane on the Königsberg Light Cruiser from a British to a German one? Or if not possible maybe a way to remove it all together?

There will be a historical correct K-class cruiser in sergs Kriegsmariene Mod. So i think its better to wait for this one....

Any idea when that will be out?

that's not because of the skin -> the skin is right [arado01_small.tga] in 'NCL_KClass.dat'. HanSolo forgot to change the 'Walrus' .obj files to 'Arado' ones. Yesterday I tried to solve SeaWolf's prob [now it's also mine:lol:], so I fiddled around with 'NCL_KClass.dat' --> I extracted the Arado .obj files from 'NCA_Hipper.dat' [with Pack3D], renamed them and imported them to 'NCL_KClass.dat'. The result works [now the 'Arado' appears on deck] but is faulty and I'm not able to fix this.:damn: Have a look to museum. Maybe you can work it out? NCL_KClass.dat SSB |

Hi Wooly,
now I used your file but there are the same errors like my dat file generated, although the 'Arado' appears on deck. In addition the 'Königsberg' doesn't sail [no sound, no bow waves]. Look: http://img97.imageshack.us/img97/8861/k1po2.jpg http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/2113/k2gy0.jpg |

Fixed the plane, but broke the boat :damn: Thanks for the effort, will keep checking back.

So long, SSB P.s.: I think these errors appear, because the 'Arado' .obj files are smaller than the 'Walrus' ones [particularly the 'NCA_Hipper_Arado.obj'] - so the positions of some different .obj files are shifted [noticed that in Pack3D], but don't know how to fix this:cry: |

Adjusting those moves the part up down left etc I used the Arado.obj from Bismark and that didnt make a difference size wise |

Now I found a different way: I compared my 'NCL_KClass.dat' to the original one in a hex comparer and so I was able to correct some differences [or errors?] propably made by Pack3D during import of the .obj files. I checked it only in museum yet - it seems to work properly Would you please also check it out, mates? DL below http://img183.imageshack.us/img183/1108/k1ks5.jpg http://img183.imageshack.us/img183/7520/k2bw2.jpg fixed K-Class So long, SSB |
Thanks, I will give it a try tonight
