Radio Room Telemetry

Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\Data\Sound\Radio Room Telemetry.wav(RRT)

Does anyone know how to get the RRT file to play whenever the "M" key is pressed to receive incoming messages?

tnx,

Not much help to you mate, but I've never heard that sound either. I can only assume that similer to the German cheering issue the file must be triggered an entry in a dat file and perhaps the triggering entry is incorrect

Tnx, Herr Karle.

Don't know how trigger any of the sounds in the "Sound directory"; but, the radio room telemetry.wav file would really enhance immersion. I've made several morse code wav files and they would be neat to include also.

Remember how AOD used to sound whenever you sent/received a msg? Well, SH3 has those kinds of sounds...just sitting there waiting to be used; but, how are they activated?

Tnx agn,

Tnx agn,

Don: The morse code sound in TGW1.1a sounds good when heard while the mission is operating. However, when I extract that file and try to make an mp3 file out of it it has sratching or other noises in it. It does not come out correctly and has background noises. I have tried to get rid of those noises so that it sounds exactly when heard during the game, but no luck. It would be great if I could ontain that file without the noises in it.

Do you have a good morse code signal that sounds similar to that heard in TGW?

Have a look in C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Cfg

Especially the Message_RA.cfg

I dont have the stock game installed so cant check but some entries are commented out ";" so they dont play
