Since the Navy has a new aircraft carrier named for former President Bush, maybe they should have a new vessel that is in line with the personality of President Clinton. Certainly, a cigar shaped submarine would suffice. There is a rumor that it will also include two very large twin dome shaped sonar arrays just below the screw which will allow for 360 degree listening in stereo. There will also be no sail as that would take away from the smooth underwater profile.

and what would ths ships flag be? his happy content face mid blow-job?

Back when I was in the navy, our destroyer once refueled from a ship (I don't remember which one) which was flying a flag. The flag showed the bottoms of two feet (facing down) and two smaller feet (spread apart and facing up). Underneath the feet was the caption "War Is Hell".

Maybe for an AFDB like Los Alamos. ;)
