What happened to the torpedo strike damage texture mod???
 
That mod from a number of months back that was going to edit the boring old damage textures to accurately deformed metal after torpedo strikes... where is it? Was it ever released?

I hope someone is working on it....

I think the modder came into some problems with the torpedo-mod, but I remember he could make the torpedo take a bite of a ship, but that's not realistic :-j

I thought I read somewhere here that the upcoming version of RUB had a torpedo damage texture in it... if so, I hope the texture is released as a solo mod too...

It was two texture files, meta something and another odd file. One is the transparent fuzzy texture, the other the main squid shape. Altering the shapes does not lead to good results and it was abandon. Try it for yourself.
